Hard Rock Café isn't a new comer, it's famous for its unique restaurant theme, as a hard-rock music café. Honestly that was my first time visiting them at Pacific Place, since it used to be located at the closed shopping mall; EX Plaza Indonesia. My first impression was that the café is quite spacious with lots of rock music things and decoration, also a live music stage with drums and instruments.
New York Strip Steak (309k). A 12 oz (360gr) Australian Angus Beef New York strip steak grilled to your liking and topped with garlic butter. Served with fresh vegetables and garlic smashed potatoes with gravy. The waiter recommended this dish, because it's one of their best seller, and what I like the most is that the fat was easy to remove (I didn't like fat). I chose medium well for the steak doneness, it was very juicy and tender. Yum!
Grilled Salmon (180k). 8 oz (240gr) salmon fillet, wrapped in cedar paper, grilled tender and drizzled with sweet and spicy barbecue sauce with garlic butter. Served with garlic smashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Grilled salmon is one of my favorite dish at a western restaurant, in my opinion the salmon here was quite a bit too moist, which I prefer to be a bit dry one, and they removed the skin however the crispy skin is a plus point for a grilled salmon dish I think. And the smashed potatoes lacked of sauce.
Good dinner with good live music is a perfect dinner I guess? Note: I came here for lunch, so there's no live music.
