Abura Soba by Yamatoten Tokyo

The most happening Japanese restaurant at PIK area goes to Abura Soba Yamatoten Tokyo. JiF has found them at instagram and few days ago, finally got a chance to give their abura soba a try. Okay well, PIK's restaurants growth is crazy. Lots of new restaurants kept on popping out every single day. And now it's Yamatoten turn to be reviewed, FYI Yamatoten is originally a branch from Japan. So here you gooo :

Soba is a type of Japanese noodle, which is made from buckwheat and wheat flour. It's usually served with hot broth or cold with dipping sauce. Soba noodles are generally thinner than udon noodles.

Abura Soba (59k). It's the original soba by Yamatoten Tokyo. Well, I'm the type of a person who likes original dish, since I think it's the signature of each restaurant. And here, I have to tell you this abura soba taste so AWESOME! The soba's texture is cooked very well, and moreover the pork makes this soba perfectly delicious. FYI, there's an original way how to enjoy this soba, first pour 2 rounds of vinegar and chili oil, then stir the noodle to mix the sauce evenly, and lastly enjoy it while it's hot. Just in case you wanna take a pic of your soba, you'd better make it fast, because if you don't stir the noodle immediately, it will stick. RECOMMENDED!

Karami Ontama Abura Soba (68k). This is actually the same soba from the original one, just more spicy and also there's a sexy egg there! The taste is creamier and stronger than the original. For me, the original one is still the best because it tastes lighter! But for you who prefer creamy taste, this is a perfect choice for you. Anyway, the spicy level is so basic, I didn't find it's spicy at all :P
