Bottlenose Shack [NEW OUTLET]

Hello guys! If you've been following my journey, you should've seen my review about a summer-vibe restaurant called Bottlenose Shack. So they just opened a new outlet with a brand new concept at Puri Indah Mall Extention. JiF got the privilege to try some of their new creation. Let's check 'em all!
El Desayuno Croffles (60k). 2 pcs croffles, honey mustard, chicken taco, scrambled egg, red paprika, green paprika, pesto hollandaise sauce, mix salad, tomato cherry, and balsamic dressing. Fyi, Croffles is their special creation, made from croissants dough and toasted with a waffle maker. The croffles' texture was crispy enough and it has a flavorful aroma, along with the delish chicken taco. It's such a nice dish for your brunch selection.
Norway Salmon Steak with Lemon Rice (169k). Grilled salmon, lemon rice, butter garlic sauce, mix vegetable. They serve a wide variety of western food, especially a mexican dish called lemon rice. Even though the lemon rice was a bit sour, but it was well-balanced mixed with the savory salmon steak. The salmon steak itself was delicious, not fishy at all.
Summer Picnic (87,5k). Chicken wings, potato curly, beef sausage, onion ring, and cheese sauce. A great starter to share with your loved ones! Everything on the plate was nice not oily at all, especially the beef sausage.
Fish Baja Taco (77k). Fish dory, premix, honey mustard, tortilla, lime, head lettuce, cilantro, red cabbage. Honestly I'm not a fan of taco things, but this one was an exception. The fish dory was nice, not fishy at all and perfectly mixed with the honey mustard sauce and vegetables. My tips are use your bare hand and open your big mouth to enjoy it :p
Hangover Platter (218k: 3-4 persons). Chicken wings, beef steak, sausage cocktail, onion ring, tartar sauce, demi glace sauce, BBQ sauce, french fries. This was definitely a great option for you because you can try several dish at one time. The beef steak was juicy and tender but a bit dry for my likings, the chicken wings were delicious and crispy enough. Don't forget to dip 'em to the demi glace sauce, believe me it was so good!
