Pingoo Restaurant - NEO Soho Central Park

The first aquarium restaurant in Indonesia brought by Jakarta Aquarium has just opened, namely Pingoo Restaurant. You can dine and also meet the uber cute penguins. Located at the newly opened shopping mall, NEO Soho Central Park, I think this would be the talk of the town for months. Let's see the interior first.
The concept is a beach themed decoration, which comes with domination of white and wooden things. There's also a children play area at the corner. During my visit, there were 6 penguins in the large aquarium.
It's so fun to see the cute penguins swimming! Anyway, the restaurant is full-packed everyday, so you'd better come early to avoid the long queue. They open from 10am but the food is ready at 12pm. There's no entrance fee, however, you have to spend minimum IDR 300k for food & beverages.
Grand Ma's Recipe Fried Chicken (around 90k). A simple fried chicken comes with french fries and marinated coleslaw. Nothing special with this dish, but the taste was okay. One thing is the french fries were so so tough to chew and not very enjoyable. I didn't know whether it was because overcooked or what.
Original Dory Fish and Chips (around 90k). Fried dory with french fries, mushy peas, and tartar sauce. The dory portion was generous and it was not oily. However, it was a bit fishy and the french fries were tough too like I had at my previous dish.
Banana Split (around 35-40k). Well, just an ordinary banana split comes with 3 flavors ice cream: vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate.
